Who would like to compete on the Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championship ? If your answer is yes, please talk to one of our Instructors about your intention, so the proper preparation may be arranged. According to one of the Instructors (Johhny), whoever is going to compete should have started the preparation a month ago.
