To Gracie San Diego Students and Gracie Humaita Competitors,

Tomorrow 04/06/2010 at 7:00 pm I will be conducting the last training before the Pan American Tournament (April 08th, 09th, 10th and 11th in University California Irvine, Irvine – California). This training will include some drill, techniques and tips that helped me when I was competing. If you are not competing, now is time to participate and help your partner preparation for the tournament. Therefore, eat well, rest well and come to the class tomorrow.
