The Gracie San Diego would like to give a special thanks to our Master Royler Gracie who prepared the team with an intense training prior to the competition. Moreover, one of our head instructors did what he loves to do at the Pan American – Compete at the highest level - Thank you Johnny for showing such a great performance at the tournament and for bringing the Gold Medal to San Diego. Furthermore, we also would like to congratulate all the Gracie Humaita competitors in special the ones at the Gracie San Diego for giving their best causing the opponents to respect our flag. We have to point out a great lesson that everybody has to remember that was experienced by Jennifer Recinos, even if you are well trained you still have to beat the scale on your path to the podium.
